With his Red Bull Under My Wings project helping out FMX-mad youngsters this weekend, we asked Red Bull X-Fighters star Mat Rebeaud who he’d want to have at his ideal dinner party table when all the season’s excitement died down.

What's on the menu?
"We’re having cheese fondue as a main course and meringues with whipped double cream for dessert. They’re both easy to prepare and I have some good connections for the best cheese back home!"
