Rackets are a 3 piece guitar driven heavy Pop band from Auckland, New Zealand. The band formed in july 2009 and are known for their short and fast songs, use of dynamics and the ability to swap instruments.
In may 2010 they simeltaniously released 2 ten track albums titled 'Friends' and 'High Places'. Both albums recieved highly rated reviews and were featuered in Real Groove as Albums of the month. The albums also got frequent airplay on all the bnets and Rackets enjoyed Number 1 hits all around the country.
