On September 16, a line-up of top djs will converge on the Trouw club in Amsterdam, Holland, to demonstrate the new Red Bull BPM DJ Player – a new range of iPhone apps for to help every DJ mix it with the best.
The Red Bull BPM Player puts a fully fledged mobile DJ set-up in your pocket. It’s compatible with a wide range of sound formats and offers a mix of traditional and 21st Century digital set-ups. All you need is an iPhone, iPod or iPad.
There are three Red Bull BPM Players: Compact, Pro and HD. The Compact is perfect for any music lover taking his first steps to becoming a DJ. It’s perfect for small parties, barbecues and just practising for the big time.
The Pro has everything the modern DJ needs. Some unique features are "pre-fader listening' (for listening to the next track) plus it’s compatible with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and split cables, and it supports all audio formats in high sound quality. The Red Bull BPM HD Player offers more of the same but ramped up for the larger iPad.
The launch in The Netherlands will be followed by a series of open deck DJ nights held at clubs all over the world. The Red Bull BPM Player will be available in the iTunes App Store from September 17.
Red Bull BPM Sync
Red Bull BPM syncs with iTunes on your computer using the "Red Bull BPM Sync" software. Just unzip it and run – no installation needed.
