This edition features Sydney based duo Space Invadas. Katalyst is internationally acclaimed producer Ashley Anderson who has been nominated for ARIA Awards countless times, and also runs the Invada label in Australia with Geoff Barrow of Portishead fame. His partner-in-crime Steve Spacek originates form London but landed in Sydney a while ago, via Los Angeles.
He has worked with the likes of J Dilla, Mos Def, Slum Village, Common, just to name a few, before he formed Africa Hitech with fellow UK expat Mark Pritchard. With Katalyst Steve Spacek created Space Invadas, releasing their debut album on Invada Records, and playing live down under and beyond. Check it out here
