Link Choi loves colouring. His business is in the field of illustration and concept art for entertainment. In 2009 Link had a solo exhibition of digital paintings at Satellite Gallery where the Wallace Arts Trust bought one for their collection. Sweet.
Link works mainly in the digital realm, but he has pencils and is not afraid to use them.
Link's pictures are snapshots from a reality where life + magic = truth. Recently, the tone of his work has noticeably shifted from 'grimly beautiful' to 'more bigger guns'.
When Link is not colouring he teaches 3D animation at Media Design School. Hmm.. how modern. But really, it's still just expensive colouring.
In March 2010 Link did his first live digital painting gig at Shift party on K'Rd. He painted some weird floating characters (image below) in front of 1200+ happy drunk people. The experience was an awesome one, Link wants to do that again so he really hopes to get selected for Stereopticon.
And yes, Link Choi has saved Princess Zelda multiple times, but no, he still cannot Triforce.
