It's been quite a year for Sebastian Vettel but the new Formula One World Champion is not done yet, as he explains in his latest blog on the eve of the Race of Champions...
"I think just about every one of my wishes for this year have come true, apart from one – and that’s about to be fulfilled this weekend.
"I've always wanted to race through the streets of Berlin and on Saturday, just before the Race of Champions in Düsseldorf, I’ll actually get to do it! We'll turn the area between the Brandenburg Gate and Yitzhak Rabin Street into a pit and put the pedal to the metal!
"This is just my way of saying thanks to all my German fans for their support and their dedication throughout the whole season.
"Not everyone is able to see a Formula One racing car in action, so I think this is a great opportunity for everyone who wants to experience it.
"Besides the show run there will also be a driver's parade, a stunt ride and the Red Bull Tourbus, so there should be something for everyone.
"I am also happy to be joined by two amazing guys who raced trough Heppenheim with me, the one and only Smudo from Fantastische Vier (that’s German hip-hop band Fantastic Four) and motorbike stunt rider Chris Pfeiffer.
"I hope we'll have a great day and a spectacular weekend at the Race of Champions."
Sebastian
