First stop is the beautiful Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia, with the world’s best male and female surfers competing in the Quiksilver Pro and the Roxy Pro, starting on February 26th. One of the world’s longest and most consistent point breaks, Snapper Rocks is a surfer’s paradise. Red Bull’s own nine-time world champion Mick Fanning is among the favourites but he will face stiff competition from the winner of last year’s Quiksilver Pro, Taj Burrow.
