While still in its infancy the New Zealand & Australian beats scene have garnered international attention with their own unique take on the beats scene coming out of LA and also Europe. Few Chur Lab will identify emerging talent from the South Pacific and provide a club based platform highlighting the wide varying sounds that the beats scene encompasses, from future funk to ambient down tempo textural compositions.
The first Friday of every month sees these Few Chur as bro's take shit over and lay it down for the ultimate honor, street cred. Transforming Rakino's from a hot spot to a lab filled with nutty beatmakers cooking up all kinds of music concoctions. To be broadcast on Red Bull Music Academy Radio worldwide it offers a local platform with a global outlet for local producers.
