About this Image: Recently I was invited to roll along with Ryan Sheckler on a trip to Cuba to film for a documentary being made on the local skate scene. Getting to Cuba is not an easy task. Americans are not allowed to travel to Cuba, therefore there are no flights from anywhere in the U.S. to Cuba. Since the fine folks at Red Bull knew some other fine folks down in Panama, it became our stepping stone to Havana. Our first day in Panama had Ryan itching to check out some street spots. The heat, however, had other ideas. We ventured around for a while but Panama’s proximity to the equator was taking a fast toll. This spot took a little effort to get into, and started with a bit of a hike. -Jody Morris
