Territory Manager – On Premise
(Wellington)
 
We are currently on the lookout for an outstanding On Premise Sales Representative, or what we call a Musketeer to join our talented sales team in Wellington.

Reporting directly to the National On Premise Manager, your primary role will be to improve and increase the brand visibility and availability in all on-premise venues in your territory whilst developing lasting quality relationships with all levels of trade.

We are looking for a motivated, self-starter with great communication skills, determination and a friendly outgoing approach. On-premise industry knowledge and experience, a strong customer service orientation and the ability to analyse, interpret and manage sales data is essential. 
 
To excel in this role and truly understand your customers you will be required to regularly work evenings and occasionally in the weekend.

Finance Manager (Auckland)

We are seeking an outstanding Finance Manager. You will be someone who leads by example, engages at all levels, and is able to offer real insights that will help to drive the Red Bull business in New Zealand forward. You need to be able to demonstrate a flexible, engaging and dynamic personal style, as well as delivering across all key areas of accountability. These include Accounting and Taxes, Business Partnering, Cash Management & Treasury, Internal Controls, Financial Controlling, Maintenance of Finance Systems and People Management.
 
So what are we looking for?
·         Relevant experience at a Senior Level (c.10 years), with a considerable exposure to Commercial Finance, ideally with some experience in FMCG.
·         Degree in Business Administration/Finance.
·         Strong accounting and taxation knowledge.
·         Very strong leadership skills.
·         Highly analytical and very skilled individual.
·         Ability to quickly identify and analyze risks & impacts and able to define alternatives.
·         Capable of communicating precisely, effectively and convincingly based on facts with internal and external stakeholders.
·         IT literate, with any experience with integrated business analysis tools a strong advantage.
·         Must be self-motivated, self-directed and be able to work under pressure in a fast paced team environment.

Territory Manager/Account Manager - Grocer
(Wellington)
 
 The Territory Manager / Account Manager - Grocery (known in the world of Red Bull as a ‘Retail Striker’) is someone who can make an impact through account management at an independent grocery level.
 
You would also be accountable for coaching and inspiring a team of Merchandiser's to successfully become an extended arm of our brand and deliver on KPI’s.
 
With proven account management experience within independent grocery you will have a passion and enthusiasm that will help take Red Bull to the next level. 
 
Your ability to work autonomously, organise, plan and manage your time effectively will be crucial to the success of this role, as will your natural ability to develop relationships.

Territory Manager/Account Manager – Route
(Christchurch)
 
 This dynamic role, known in the world of Red Bull as an Impulse Striker, is vital to our success in the Off Premise. Working in partnership with our top route customers you will assist them in maintaining a Red Bull perfect store whilst also driving new business in your territory. In addition you will be responsible for coaching and engaging distribution partner reps whilst being an outstanding brand ambassador.
 
With a minimum of two years’ experience in sales within an FMCG environment, you will have a passion and enthusiasm that will help take Red Bull to the next level.
