Jon Olsson is widely regarded as one of the best freestyle skiers in the world. He holds nine Winter X Games medals, and for the past three years has run his own tournaments; the Jon Olsson Invitational and the Jon Olsson Super Sessions. As well as the X Games, he also holds medals from the US Freeskiing Open, six titles from the Rip Curl tour and finished champion of Red Bull Big Air 2003. One of his greaest accomplishments is the invention of several new double flips, including the DJ flip, the Hexo flip and his most famous, the Kangaroo flip (a double flatspin 900), which he pulled to win gold in the Big Air at the X Games 2008.
